Privacy policy

VERSA Technologies (“we”) makes VERSA Contractor. This policy covers this website: what it collects, why, who helps us handle it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It doesn’t cover the VERSA Contractor app itself.

What we collect

• When you ask to join the pilot: your name, your email and, if you give it, how many people work with you.
• When you book a demo: the name, email and time zone you enter on the booking page, the time you pick, and anything you write in the booking form.
• When you email us: your email address and what you write.
• When you visit: like any website, our hosting provider receives the technical data your browser sends, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. It’s used to deliver the site and keep it working.

What we don’t do

• This site doesn’t use cookies, analytics or ad tracking. If we add analytics, we’ll name the provider on this page before it goes live.
• We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it for advertising.

How we use it

• To reply to you, set up a call, run the demo and follow up about the pilot.
• To keep one list of who we’ve talked to, so nobody gets asked the same thing twice.

Who helps us

These companies handle your information for us, and only for the job listed next to each one:

• Microsoft (Azure) hosts this website and passes the pilot form on to our list. Microsoft’s privacy statement.
• Google (Google Sheets) stores our list of pilot requests and demo bookings. Google’s privacy policy.
• Cal.com runs the page where you book a demo, and sends the booking to our list. What you enter there is also covered by Cal.com’s privacy policy.

Your information may be stored or accessed outside the state or country where you live.

How long we keep it

While we’re in touch about the pilot. If you don’t become a customer, we delete it within 24 months of our last contact, or sooner if you ask.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop emailing you at any time. We’ll answer within 45 days.

If you live in California, you have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act: to know what we collect and why, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing (we don’t sell or share it). We won’t treat you differently for using any of them.

Children

This site is for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

When this policy changes, we update it here and change the date at the top.
